The Perfect Spring Blush: Benefit Majorette

Benefit Majorette

Benefit Majorette BlushYou may recall me lusting after this beautiful Benefit blusher for the last while and as you can see I finally made the purchase. Benefit Majorette really is the perfect blush for Spring with a gorgeous coral colour and a cream to powder formula.

Like other Benefit products the packaging really is amazing. Different to the usual cardboard powder blushes Benefit are known for, this one comes in plastic packaging shaped like a drum used in a marching band which is hella cute. The formula is incredibly creamy and creates such a pretty flush of colour on the skin.

The concept behind this blush is actually meant to be a blush booster so is intended to be worn under other blushers to help boost the pigment of another on top. Although I have actually been wearing this one alone and its so pretty. It creates such a soft glowy look perfect for the warmer seasons. The blush also has such an incredible scent of what seems like peaches and watermelon to make the experience that little bit more dreamy!

This soft creamy blush is the perfect peach-y coral shade that I will forever be reaching for.

Have you tried the Benefit Majorette Blush?

Kate Spade New York: Spring 2014 RTW

You may be beginning to see hats, scarves and all winter accessories pile in to your favorite retail store however forgetting that, all eyes are focused on all the looks of next season. Thats right, Spring 2014 has begun (well on the runway anyway) as Fashion Week is well into force with flying starts in New York. I had recently taken quite an interest in Kate Spade after reality TV star and fashion designer Lauren Conrad had mentioned her a few times and after seeing this collection I can totally see what all the buzz is about! There is so much pop and energy in this collection and yet it holds so much simplicity which I love. The bold colours of corals, yellows and blues are enough to make this collection spark while the clothes hold simple patterns and designs making them highly wearable. This collection is very girly and sweet which I personally really like and its fair to say I would not mind one of those coral pink coats.. Below are some pieces from the collection. What do you think of this collection? The rest of the collection can be viewed at Style.com.

Since summer is in brights are taking over our wardrobe and this is a perfect addition with its bold and in trend coral colour. I came across these shorts in the Fabulous Magazine and i loved them and they were paired with a lovely blouse aswell. When i checked to see where they were from it said Miss Selfridge so i checked up online and I found them ! And even better after being £28.00 they are now reduced to £15 !! Woo Hoo ! 🙂 but the only bad thing is that atm only sizes 6 and 16 are in stock so other sizes may have to wait.  Credit to Miss Selfridge for image.

This months Pick of the Month is this oh so cute Twill Trench Coat from Zara which I absolutely LOVE !!
