Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish

Liz Earle Cleanse and PolishWhen it comes to skincare I’ve always felt a little lost. There is an endless amount of products for all different skin types all targeted to fix different problem areas. It can be a bit of struggle knowing where to begin. Although it is important to maintain a regular skincare routine by ensuring you cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise. In terms of cleansing, I picked up a new cleanser recently, the ever so popular Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish which has become a staple in my routine.

I picked up the 100ml bottle from John Lewis for £14 which in my opinion is fairly decent as you only need a small amount for each use. I’ve been using this cleanser as my second cleanse after a cleansing oil when wearing makeup and I’ve been using it both in the morning and at night. My skin is very prone to redness and blemishes and for the last while it seems to have been in the best condition I’ve ever seen. I definitely think this cleanser has helped to clear my skin.

This cleanser is a two step process: Cleanse and Polish. It acts as a cleanser to be massaged into dry skin and then followed with a wet muslin cloth to gently exfoliate the skin. The cleanser is so gentle and soothing on the skin. With ingredients including Rosemary, Chamomile and Cocoa Butter, it makes my skin feel super soft and fresh. I can definitely see myself repurchasing this one!

Have you tried the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish?

    • Thanks Caryl 🙂 Yeah there is just so many skincare brands out there and products tailored to everything, its hard to understand what you really need! I don’t know the availability of Liz Earle internationally but it is really popular in the UK! I’ve only used this product but the rest of the range seem to be pretty popular too!

I have recently ordered the limited edition trio with three different scents, can’t wait to try those 🙂 The original will always be a firm favorite though!
