New York Fashion Week came to a close on Friday but before we move on to London here is a look at the Nanette Lepore Fall 2014 collection that took to the runway. The collection stuck to the typically obvious Fall related colours with burgundy, plum and gray having a strong impact. The use of purples, cinched in waists and short hemlines created a strong sense of femininity while tailored office wear looks and oversized outerwear brought a splash of menswear esque style to the collection. Preferring a more feminine approach, the first half of the collection shone for me with pinks and purples and tribal like prints used for a variety of cute dresses. What do you think of this collection? The rest of the collection can be viewed at Style.com.
